ICMDRSE-2027: International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research in Science and Engineering encourages the organization of Special Sessions to promote focused discussions on emerging topics and innovative applications aligned with the conference tracks. These sessions provide an opportunity for researchers and experts to explore niche areas in depth.
●Call for Proposals:
Proposals for Special Sessions are invited in relevant and emerging domains within the scope of the conference tracks. Similar themes may be accommodated in different time slots, subject to approval.
●Minimum Paper Requirement:
Each Special Session must have a minimum of 8 registered and presented papers (online/offline) to be conducted.
●Session Organizers:
A Special Session may have a maximum of four organizers, who will be responsible for soliciting submissions, coordinating reviews, and managing the session.
●Session Leadership:
The session organizers may designate a Session Chair and Co-Chair for effective conduct of the session.
●Presentation Duration:
Each paper presentation will be allocated 15 minutes, including time for discussion and audience interaction.
●Honorarium Policy:
An honorarium of 10% of the total registration amount collected from papers registered under the Special Session will be provided to the session organizer, subject to fulfillment of the minimum paper requirement.

The proposals should include:
All the special session proposals will be reviewed by conference organizers and TPC chairs and the accepted proposal will be notified to the organizers within one week from the submission date. Once the proposal is accepted it will appear under this tab with the special session name and their organizers.
I) Authors submitting papers for any of the proposed special sessions should mention in the paper header the special session number and name while submitting the paper. A dedicated track is created for each special session in the CMT, authors submitting papers to any of the special sessions are requested to choose the respective tracks for submitting their papers for the corresponding special sessions. Special Session organizers are requested to communicate the same to their authors while doing publicity for their session.
ii) If for a special session, the number of received papers is less than 8, then all those papers in that special session will be considered as a regular submission.
