Call For Papers

ICMDRSE-2027 invites full-length original research papers from academicians, industry professionals, researchers, R&D organizations, government agencies, and research scholars. The conference provides a global platform for presenting innovative ideas, recent advancements, and practical solutions across a multitude of domains including Artificial Intelligence, Data Science & Computing, Engineering Innovations , Smart Systems, Basic Sciences , Applied Research Sustainability , Renewable Energy, Healthcare, Biotechnology , Life Sciences Management, Education & Social Innovation.

All accepted and presented papers will undergo submission for possible inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

The conference’s scope is intentionally broad, encompassing an array of topics, which include but are not limited to:

Types of Submissions

Instructions for Preparing Manuscripts

● Originality Requirement:
Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length original research papers that have not been published or submitted elsewhere during the review period.

● Submission Process:
All submissions must be made electronically through the official submission link before the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

● Paper Length:
The manuscript should not exceed 6 pages, including text, figures, and references.

● File Format & Size:
Papers must be submitted in Word/PDF format, and the file size should not exceed 10 MB.

● Font and Formatting:
Authors must ensure IEEE double-column format on A4-sized pages.

● Figures and Images:
All images used in the manuscript should be clear and of high quality and must not contain transparent pixels (alpha channels).

● File Security:
The submitted PDF/word file should not be password-protected or secured using any document protection features.

● Review & Publication:
Papers will undergo a peer-review process, and accepted papers will be considered for presentation and possible publication as per conference guidelines.

Peer Review Process of ICMDRSE-2027

ICMDRSE-2027: International Conference on Multidisciplinary Research in Science and Engineering will follow a rigorous and transparent peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of all accepted submissions across its multidisciplinary tracks.

a) Initial Screening:
All submitted manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection tools (e.g., Turnitin). Papers must meet the prescribed similarity index threshold (Similarity Index ≤ 10% and AI-generated content 0%, excluding references). Submissions exceeding this limit will be rejected without further review. Any instance of plagiarism identified at any stage may lead to immediate rejection or retraction.

b) Assignment to Reviewers:
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be assigned to a minimum of two to three expert reviewers from the Technical Program Committee and external domain specialists relevant to tracks ensuring an unbiased evaluation.

c) Peer Review Process:
The conference will adopt a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers will evaluate submissions based on originality, technical quality, relevance to conference tracks, clarity of presentation, and overall contribution to the field.

d) Reviewer Feedback:
Reviewers will provide constructive comments and recommendations (accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject). Authors will receive detailed feedback for necessary improvements.

e) Decision Making:
The final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection will be made by the Program/Technical Chairs based on reviewers’ comments. In case of conflicting reviews, additional evaluation may be conducted.

f) Revision and Resubmission:
Authors of papers requiring revisions must submit updated manuscripts within the stipulated timeline. Revised papers will be re-evaluated to ensure compliance with reviewer suggestions.

g) Final Acceptance and Notification:
Accepted papers will be communicated to authors, and final camera-ready versions will be collected for inclusion in the conference proceedings, subject to formatting and copyright compliance.
